rebuilt, but everything seems to work. I reran regedit and a new folder 1.
has been produced. Spell check works fine, including check as you type.

more information I probably should have included in the first post. Spel
check had worked before yesterday morning. I was trying to print a fina
document for a meeting and our network contractor chose that exact moment t
pull the plug on the network switches. Word locked up - never response
once the network switches were turned back on. I had to do a force
shutdown of word. I then rebooted the computer and on the restart of Word
got the dll message and spell check has not worked since
My guess is that I have a corrupted file that needs to be replaced, but
do not know which one. My other alternative is to completely uninstal
Office 2010 and reinstall, which I would like to avoid - I could not do i
until after the close of business today. But, if its the only choice ...
