There is another cause for this message. Word 2000 - and I
suspect later versions - don't check the footer in your
document. This generates the message and so far I've been
unable to suppress it.
There is the added disadvantage that the presence of text
in a footer area replaces & suppresses the readability
statistics from the body of the document - unless someone
out there knows of a way round this. The only solution
I've found so far is highlighting the body and checking
that separately which is a time-waster.
